The frequency of the words not only brings new impulses, but also guides you through the lesson without physical correction and cultivates personal responsibility and self-confidence. In the end, only you regulate the balance of mind, body and soul. A strengthened energy field helps you get on your path and stay on it, no matter what your everyday life looks like, what job you do or what your life situation is currently. THE EEFFECTS AND WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
Mantra (sound), Pranayam (breath), Kriya (movement) and meditation strengthen your entire system. Above all, sound and deep breathing bring oxygen to the brain and bring the pleasure of recalibrating thought structures. The classes are aimed at a wide range of levels and no previous knowledge is required. Intensity can be carried out individually. The exercises can also be continued in small bites at home - just 3 minutes can change your day!

Who is this yoga suitable for?
FOR ALL PEOPLE & LEVELS! Regardless of your fitness level, age, or experience - Anka's yoga class makes the most of every little moment: dynamic, meditative and musical. Using simple but profound techniques, you will leave each class feeling inspired, balanced, energized and focused. Quick effect for everyday in real life.
When is caution necessary?
Is your body recovering from an injury/surgery or is something chronically limiting and you still want to do yoga? Wonderful because it can promote your healing! Nevertheless, please always inform me about any important health history so that I can provide you with the best possible support. If you are under medical treatment or are taking strong medication, please discuss this with your doctor.
Not everything just easy breezy?
Some days you can hardly get up - get over yourself! The high frequency that we generate in the classes is a force field and takes you to the next level. Here tears can fall, anger can be transformed into strength or the burden can simply be laughed away.
Can I practice by myself at home?
Yes! All exercises are designed to be continued independently. You can also show them to your family. Just a few minutes are enough. Always warm up well beforehand, start slowly, respect your limits. Regular walks in the fresh air are also recommended.
Suitable for pregnant women?
If you are pregnant, let me know before the course starts so that I can accompany you ideally. Check out my special offer for moms.
What language is taught in?
The class is taught in Swiss German or, if desired, in Standard German. On demand also with English explanations.

Dear Anka, I can still remember the first hour with you at the end of August very well; I could only have cried the whole time.
